So I've had a ASUS PCE AC-56 Network Adapter card since I built my beautiful PC. However starting today it has refused to connect to my 5GHz network and only works through the 2,4GHz connection. If I try connecting to the 5GHz one it won't let me and then the card just seemingly dies with the utility tool coming with it saying that I need to connect the card and restart my computer.
I see opening up my PC and messing around with the shite inside it as a last resort and haven't done it yet.
I've reinstalled the drivers and utility programs, restarted my PC multiple times, messed with the properties of the driver a bit.
Currently I'm just stuck with a shitty DL speed, would appreciate any help I can get.
