An lone infiltrator with powered armor and a gravity weapon breaks into the Citadel in the midst of an organized uprising, fighting his way to the top and destroying its dark fusion reactor.

The infiltrator disappears in the ensuing explosion.

The Sector Administration adopts host bodies.
