Bug NPCs too aggro

Specifically the one NPC that stands right next to the job giver at Chop Shop, he spawns there half the time and god forgive if you move within 5 meters of him, he will start shooting, and he does soo much damage.

Plz remove

yeah the guy by the chop shop is annoying, but I do find the other NPC's aggro absolutely hilarious so keep the others

I wouldnt mind it if police werent notified of the location when an angry NPC tries to smack you up, so if something like this happens then the cops aren't alerted to someone scrapping cars
