Nuclear Warhead Vehicle breaks down in Public

I found this rather interesting, it happened in the United Kingdom and a Convoy carrying a nuclear warhead that has a range within 600 meters in it, these warheads were planning to be loaded onto submarines. It was lying there in the road for 45 minutes. 180 incidents so far have been recorded of nuclear convoys crashing in public, and in my opinion and many others its a matter of time before disaster occurs.
