What Led To Your Character's Death?: An Officer repeatedly attempting to punch me in the face while i'm untied in a room. I dodges some of his hits, begging him to stop.
Why Should Your Character Be Unbanned?: I don't see a reason for a PK here. I see nothing relevent for it to even happen.

Evidence: Here is some logs. To be honest i'm way to tired for this. I was about to get off and it's 03:30 rn. I'm not in need of masses of text in respons. Just check if this is a valid PK, talk a little and get it over with.

*** Darius Rockwell Stops at the door looking behind himself.

I was stood opposite you and two others the street within the plaza, PCS2. And the female comes up to me stating that the 'black guy called me a bitch' - simply enough I was going to perform a random re-education on Daruis Rockwell as it is. Except that instead of accepting the punches that were delivered towards you, you decided to consistently evade three punches

These being those:

How you also state in this that you attempt to rush out, I completely complied with your request by adding:

Once you stopped, I thought it was odd and misleading on how you acted towards your own /mes. Possibly thinking that if you actually did run you'd end up with a 505, evasion charge instead.

Regardless. You evade another punch towards your jawline, ending up at the complete other side of the room? Oddly enough a similar /me as before...

And in the next part I am genuinely supprised by your attitude. Flaming and calling me a 'bellend' in looc is uncalled for, I'm only trying to roleplay as much as you probably are.

After the LOOC incident, KING-5, @Kiko arrives to assist. And in which I am closing the gap between my cop and your character, charging into the door which you had attempted to close, I had no issues with that whatsoever. Since in the /it beforehand I had already attempted to charge at you, which I therefore charged into the door instead.

After a few solid minutes, and some LOOC correction, you are apprehended, yet you stall in looc whilst being taken to the nexus, in what I've noticed you constantly do whenever you are apprehended, you allways say the following, yet are still active for another solid 30 minutes:

Which I therefore checked with @Chezburger as I clearly stated that you outright powergamed a few of the dodges in an attempt to evade what was supposed to be a simplistic randomised re-education.

The PK reason was 148; resisting arrest (Any form of resistance against the actions of Overwatch). Which is a terminal verdict.

Jesus, first thing i asked for was NOT masses of text and make it simple. I just wanted to know if it was valid or not. Not trying to argue with you. But seemingly you think that way. So i might aswell go the same route then.

Alrighty where do we beging… This was not a "Simple" Re-education. A women came up to you and said that i called you a "Bitch" without any evidence or investigation on the case. You decided it would be a good thing to bring me into an empty store without tying me up what so ever. And later starting to repeadietly punching me in the face. Probably in a rouge matter. So this was not an arrest or re-education in any case possible. Even jugding from the lines you said while punching me.

And if you actaully did this the proper way by tying me up and leading me into the nexus to do it the real way, then this wouldn't have happened at all. You literally baited me into doing something against you, since you knew through "Metagaming" that i would be in trouble for it. You just encouraging it by not tying me or using your stunstick at all. Repeatedly punching me, and clearly waiting for a response back to act on. Beacuse when you don't tie up a male or use a stunstick in this case and you punch him? What do you except? Not a single living soul on the planet would stand still taking those punches. They would either cover them self up,Fight back or attempt to dodging some of those punches. It's common sense, and you seem to have taken that into considuration and using this advantage to result in this situation. This would have all been evaded if you actually did it the proper way. Once again. It was not even a chase. And due to the fact that the door is locked i kind of relised it when i already sent the /me making it look so skeetchy. And usally you don't want people to talk in /looc about this sort of things. Because you always tell them to "cut it" or "shut up" and continue. So it was not beacuse of some 505, charge or evasion charge whatever that means. So pretty much you just took one step and you were right next to me once again. So it was not even a chase.

Nothing wrong with me saying that. Either way. I was only online for 20-30 min beacuse i had do this appeal and take logs from the game. And my game was running in the background as i did. And if you didn't notice i was standing AFK in spawn doing so.

Yeah, there's no powergaining on my side what so ever. I "attempted" everything i did so how's that powergaining? You on the other hand didn't attempt these punches on my jaw. You out right did them. Clearly resulting in a powergain in my point of veiw. And you did it multiple times aswell.

Resisting arrest? No way that was an arrest or Re-education. You yelled at me to follow you into an empty store. Not even tying me up. You don't even make me face the wall. You just brutally started punching my face. And there's not a single living soul that would accept punches while untied and not facing the wall at the same time. So i think you just wanted to bait me into this shitstom wanted a reason to get me PK'ed.

But i've resisted multiple Officer if that's the case by dodging His/her punches. I don't see this one different. And the fact he didn't tie me up and made me face the wall, baited me into this situation. The shove,dodges ect could have all been avoided if he tied me up and made me face the wall in a proper way. So in one way or another it's Frentiums fault.

Well, I can't change an Admins Opinion. Mannnn did you have to PK me? Couldn't you like. I don't know. Heavily Re-educated me to near Death? The other Officer involved said you pretty much could do anything and you chose PK. And i wasn't trying to leave or resist. I just wanted you to stop hitting me and begging for mercy as you can see through the logs.

It was going so well. And i lost my char beacuse of some Cp beating me. Maan, Nebulous makes men mad. Is there anything that i can do to get my char back in this case? Like NLR? Re-doing the situation? Ect?
