Fixed PP-19 Vityaz has wrong name in-game

Not so much a bug as it is a simple mistype

Priority: Miniscule
Description: PP-19 has the wrong name in-game, for some reason it's called PP-91 (which is wrong, it is PP-19)
Steps to reproduce: Acquire PP-19 Vityaz weapon, check it in inventory, notice that it has wrong name
