[Premium Member] Ban Section

Greetings. So I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. When I became Premium Member I noticed that I can see the supposed Ban Section "The Cloudless Planet". Any Explanation?

It's intentional. Enjoy laughing at the people who got banned, you cannot reply to threads there but you can view them and rate them.
