Premium payment link?

Alright so this isnt really to do with games but its still technical I guess, I went to purchase premium, clicked on the store, went to paypal, logged in and simply get : error with last link you clicked. I tried this 3 times and nothing happened, I tried logging in on a seperate tab and logging in on the original but I get the same, Any help? :D

do you have a credit card / bank account linked to your paypal account?

Yeah, its all linked and stuff like that, its just that the actual link to store requires me to log in, which I do so, and then said error comes up
