Problem Connecting Half-Life 2 Server

So, these two days I am having an issue connecting to the server. Not connecting actually, most of the servers and nebulous doesn't show up on my list. I have searched more than 10+ threads, still got nothing. Wondering if there is anyone with knowledge can help me out ere'? I have restarted my router more than 5-10 times, my PC, uninstalled my Anti-Virus, disabled Windows Defender, even deleted Garry's Mod and all of my addons just installed the nebulous's content pack. Still those methods didn't work.
