Serious Problem Joining Any GMod Server

So this started to happen on the 24th.

Every time I tried to join ANY GMOD SERVER, I kept getting a black map with black text.

I've reinstalled GMod, I've verified game cache, I've set dxlevel to 90, I have great connection speed, and I have resetted my addons.

Please help, I really love this game and wish to play it more.

Viewed the thread and I generally try to come up with a solution or an answer but I've never heard of the problem before sir. Best tip would be to check if any new update got published around that date and see if that could be the problem.

Have you tried updating your drivers?
