Problem with vehicles in WW3RP

I don't know how to explain this... Whenever someone spawns a vehicle in WW3RP, this is what I get @Zak I was having this for a while now and it only gets worse when someone drives it, the black lines go everywhere and I have no idea how to fix it.

what are your graphic settings

You need to have your graphic settings set to high
