Rainbow Six Siege FPS and Ebola

Hello I got R6 and I've been having performance issues
I have 60 fps for the first 30 seconds, then for the rest of the round the fps is 35-40.While I'm dead it gets back to 60. After 1 hour of gameplay it goes to 60fps without drops. What is happening and how do i solve it??

seems like some process in the background you're running or you just have vsync on, try disabling it and try some different things family
