RAM is fucked?

okay so recently my PC has been freezing and then displaying this error

So I googled it and it had something to do with hardware failure, however I can actually get back onto the PC by restarting, which isnt in the other cases
I ran memtest and then the PC just hung without any blue screen of death. I'm assuming this is a RAM issue, but if anyone knows anything else lemme know. Oh and I also reset the BIOS so it's not an overclocking thing.

I know this is presumed resolved, but what processor and/or PC model are you running? I had the exact same problem on my old laptop and it turned out to be a problem with the Broadwell chip line. A full wipe 'fixed' it temporarily, but there are other permanent workarounds which mean you don't need to hand it over for repair or replacement.

Of course, it could be pretty much anything:p
