Rough patch

About 2 days ago my girlfriend (aka bitch) broke up with me and I later discovered she has been cheating on me for the past 2 months.
And over the past couple days parents have been fighting over petty stuff.
I have been gaming with some of you for a couple of years and I was wondering if anyone would have a chat with me about this.
Since I have been um having thoughts

Also if anyone knows anything which can help me during this rough patch post away

My parents divorced when I was young, we barely had any money (I remember having to bath in a centimetre of water in our bathtub). After that I was bullied through boarding school couse I was autistic, I was even dragged out of my bed at night and beaten.

I got through it man, so can you. Anyone can.

Just know that things change. If you feel you're at the bottom and there's been so much shit at your point that you're having those thoughts then really it can't get any worse can it? The only way then has to be up, it just takes time man.
