before reading its best you take a look at what ive already posted to get a decent understanding of whats going on, a lot of the hl2rp rp docs were going to be super ambitious but i never got anywhere with them, and since i dont play anymore im going to dump them. im glad i could put, what i believe now to be crude writing out here, since a lot of it ive taken inspiration for a bigger ambitious project, which i'll talk about. most of these posts relate to one character, or characters that were going to be involved one way or another in a project but i couldnt be bothered going back into the server to actually DO it.

it starts here, excluding "THE END" segment. what happens instead is him disappearing, being teleported to a completely different world, its the front porch of his childhood home, he walks inside and has a chat with a few of his friends who died, they say when they died they came here for sanctuary. here he stays for a week, not leaving the house until exiting through the backdoor, walking into his yard and feeling the cold rain hit his body in the foggy night. the house lights turn off, its completely dark, he doesnt recognize where he is but its his backyard, everything is all liminal. hes trapped for months, but it feels like years, living off of decaying fruits for food and rainwater for hydration.
escaping was the most draining part, it was a gravel driveway he had to walk down, but each attempt he would just be warped back into the yard, unable to leave. sometimes he'd be warped around inside the house, eventually landing in his old basement, finding a bunch of books and his old journal. using the items and scriptures inside to finally escape using nothing but sheer willpower, finally landing back in the real world but as someone completely different, a Liam Alder.
here he would've made is way to Belarus, a tip off that his friend was there. here he would've archived everything in his journal, talking to others about his experience and how to use the knowledge inside his journal to basically free himself.
this was going to continue until the end of the 1st iteration of IX but i lost interest and eventually fell out of my hands. i think the main problem was the huge ambitious played into a part of main character syndrome, which i tried not to devolve into but, hey whatever shit happens.

do you guys remember marble hornets? the webseries with the slenderman guy who actually isn't slenderman? ok now just punt kick that into this "universe" and try your best to make something original and thats what i ended up with. the plan was to have me and @FreeSpy443's character find these old tapes that were lying around and try our best to decipher it all, whilst being followed by the figure in the tapes.
i had to retcon a shittone because i wanted to continue this project after one of my chars got killed off but whateva. the main problem with this is that i had plans for it but i just couldn't be bothered to do it, it would've fit perfectly in the server as a storytelling device but i could never get it anywhere past a few vids and rp docs.

so, what do i work on now? i dont bother with doing things in a universe already set up now, i decided "maybe with all my new experience i should go write and direct something on my own. i love marble hornets' way of filmmaking and storytelling, and i love the aesthetics of half-life 2 and deus ex, so why dont i try to make something as a bridge between those two but its a completely new universe?" and so, Warehouse Drinks was born.
WD is my own seperate project that im currently filming, again some inspiration was taken from these docs such as the auto-uploader and infinite backyard thing.
