Single prop, wrong size

This is the most bizarre bug I've ever encountered

This prop here seems to be three times smaller than it should be?
Like, it should be this size

And I know it's clientside because I can't actually fly past it, I'm hitting it, it's just invisible
Any ideas?

This is because of City 8 content pack, The Retard Atle resized the .mdl file of that specific combine wall for his skybox, and instead of re-naming the .mdl file to a different name to avoid conflicting models, he names it the same as the HL2's combine wall, so this is what happens.

Solution: Uninstall City 8 content pack
