Apparently, in some games, after a Windows update, there's literally no sound. In some cases, a couple sounds actually come up (namely, the menu music and sounds for Heroes&Generals, while the actual game is 100% mute, and only the intro videos and the external music streaming in SoulWorker, while the rest of the game is also, 100% mute) but the rest, as mentioned, are muted.
Has anyone seen this happen before?
System specs:
Win10 Pro x64 (updated)
Audio driver Realtek HD Audio Manager (already uninstalled it, installed it, made sure it was dl'ed from my motherboard's page)
i7-7700k 4.2GHz
GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5
8GB (2x4GB) RAM DDR4 @ 3000MHz
SSD 120GB
HDD 2TB
It only happens to me with those two games as far as I have noticed.
