How is your activity? / How would you rate your interest in Stasiland?: My activity is I'd say around a 7 presently. My interest in Stasiland is around a 9.

Any previous infractions at the community? If so, can you explain?: None.

Previous WW3RP / RP experience: I was an operator on the old Lemonpunch WW3 around 2015. I played on the server a lot, however I transferred to HL2RP some time later. As for my RP experience, I've been a member of the Nebulous/Lemonpunch sphere since around 2014, and have been RPing since around 2010. I've been on and off in the server, but I'm definitely going to be sticking around a while now that Stasiland is a thing.

How familiar are you with the Soviet Union (ideology, history etc.)?: Quite. When I was younger I did a lot of research onthe Soviet Union's ideology, and history, from the early years to its downfall. I'm not an expert, but I'm not going to go out saying that the Soviet Union was actually a representative republic, or something.

Are you aware of the new concept? What are some of the differences between this iteration of WW3RP and the old one?: I'm aware of the new concept. Stasiland is a much more RP oriented version of WW3RP, and, in its original form (prerework) it was vaguely similar to HL2RP. Right now, it's taken a slightly more similar state to the original WW3RP, with the Warsaw Pact having a base, and the Insurgents having Frankfurt.

What do you think this faction will be doing on the server?: Prior to the occupation, they were mostly to act as a military muscle force that, while going out of their way to make sure there wasn't armed resistance popping up, was also more of a calm garrison force that reacted when things got out of hand.

A huge stack of clerical files are heaped onto a desk. Everything from action reports, logisitical requests, to transfer files are in it. Near the middle of the stack, there's a folder marked "SSdr Zhenya Serebyrakov, 7th Guards Tank Division, 55th Guards Vasylkov Tank Regiment, Transfer Request to 90th Guards Tank Division." Upon opening up the file, there would be a rather formal image of the man, looking about 19. The dossier of the man is clearly written with a typewriter, judging by the font.

    Name: Zhenya Mikhail Serebyrakov

    Rank: Senior Soldier

Place of Birth: Bezhali, Smolensk, Russian Socialist Soviet Republic.

Date of Birth: 18 June, 1972.

    Military Record:

Date of Enlistment: 30 October 1989
Completed Basic Training: 3 February 1990
Assigned to: 40th Motor Rifle Battalion, 7th Guards Tank Division, Third Shock Army
    Assigned Role: Rifleman.

    Operational History:
    - Assigned as Garrison force, Kirac Istanbul, defended against NATO strikes.
    - Garrisoned in Cologne, Germany, defense against German Federalist Insurgents.
(There's a chance some things may have conflicted with the server canon in 2017. I was not around for that, so if there are, please disregard, this is not a returning character.)

On the next page of the dossier, there would be a much messier file, if only because it was mostly consisted of xeroxed diary pages, pictures and other official documents. A much less formal looking image of Serebyrakov would greet the viewer, the soldier enjoying a cigarette while on guard duty in the Istanbul region.

What was clearly a photocopied diary entry was written in sloppy handwriting. There's some ink splotches around and about the page, which obscured a bit of the text, along with one of the corner's being waterdamaged, but it was overall mostly readable.
    Date: 3 March 1992

Well, we're in Cologne now. Sacha said that he hates this place, but I don't think it's too bad. Sure, half the people want to kill us, but there's no way this place could be any worse than Kirac, with the Fasc dickheads constantly shelling us. The Sergeant-Major doesn't let us out often, either, but that makes sense. At least I can get a drink somewhat cheap here. We have a kr██t detachment that we operate with sometimes, since they speak the language. Not too shabby a place, but I'd honestly prefer a bit more action. Heard that Frankfurt's a bit of a hots██t right now, think I might apply for a transfer. After all, I'm sure they could use th-

After that, the water damage on the diary page made the rest of the entry unreadable.

    Date: 20 March 1992

Big shit happened today. Some crazy fucker rigged his car to explode with a bunch of explosives, blew the entirety of squad 4 to hell. The ones who weren't instantly killed were screaming and shit. Some krauts were in the blast too, but I don't think there was anything left of them. Ivanov was screaming his head off, his legs were gone, and his guts were hanging out. Fucked up. I don't think I'm going to be sleeping tonight.

    Date: 22 March 1992

I filed a formal request for a transfer. Sergeant Kovalovsky seemed pretty annoyed, but he said he'd forward it to the admin. Wonder if Frankfurt's got people as nuts as that guy two days ago.

    Date: 3 April 1992

Got a letter from my mother today. She said she sent me a bottle of Standard, but I think the fuckers at postal processing took it and just gave me my letter. Oh well. I've been thinking about why we're fighting, and it just kind of dawned on me. Those NATO fucks will bomb their own people just as readily as us. Fucking cowards. I heard that they completely destroyed Vienna when we finally pushed through a while ago, but now that I've been here I realize why they're just so desperate. We'll win, if they're too cowardly to even protect their allies.

The Next page would feature a typewritten report, dated 28 January 1990.

Captain Vasiliy Kregslav, 40th Motor Rifles, Medical Overseer

    Recruit Zhenya Serebryakov
    Mental Acuity Report

Recruit Serebryakov has shown that he is a reasonably sharp mind for the Soviet Armed Forces. For the most part he is a friendly character, however there has been noted aggression towards people he interprets as "bullying" his circle of friends. When asked about this, he cites the death of his father during the German Unification War of 1983 as a catalyzing factor behind this. He raises no red flags of Western Manipulation, and is clear to begin service in the 40th Motor Rifles.
