How is your activity? / How would you rate your interest in Stasiland?:
-For activity, I come on the server here and there as I try and find things to do. I'm relatively new to the server and have no doubt that my activity will improve the longer I see myself coming on the server in general.

-As for my interest in Stasiland, frankly, I was a little bit surprised when I first saw that WW3 RP was coming into fruition once more, but I was taken back a little bit when I had noticed a slight change of direction. In my honest opinion, the change of direction is a welcomed one and I'm looking forward to the change of experience that will be coming as time goes by. So I suppose I have to say that Stasiland has peaked my intrigue and I'm sure that I'll enjoy the experience.

Any previous infractions in the community? If so, can you explain?: No infractions are applicable.

    Previous WW3RP / RP experience:
-I had a couple of experiences with a variety of servers on HL2RP. Notable experiences would be Edelweiss and Vertex Gaming. Which made HL2RP the fondest memory of mine in roleplay.
-As for WW3, I believe I was in the community back in 2016 for a few months before leaving for reasons unknown (likely school or personal life).
-I've been on Gmod for a majority of 4.119 hours, most of which is roleplaying.

How familiar are you with the Soviet Union (ideology, history, etc.)?:
To be honest, not very. My total grasp of the ideology is fairly weak, however, I consider myself a rather quick learner and I am taking the time out of my day to go and research specific topics regarding the Soviet Union and popular ideologies in order to make my characters more realistic and believable.

Are you aware of the new concept? What are some of the differences between this iteration of WW3RP and the old one?:
I am aware of the new concept, seeing as how for me it's a major difference to what it was like before. When I first joined, the major difference I had noticed was a larger emphasis on the civilian/small insurgent point of view when it comes down to factions (opposed to the previous emphasis on blue vs red with the previous iterations). I've also seen a larger emphasis on roleplay that comes with this new point of view, with a lack of two major factions, there's not a lot of opportunity for patrols and intervening the patrol of a hostile faction. Meaning a smaller amount of encounters with gunfire and once more placing more emphasis on the passive roleplay aspect of things.

What do you think this faction will be doing on the server?:
From the way I see it, I see the Soviet Union on the server as an occupational force. With the existence of the NVA, I don't expect them to be the usual police force, however, they are present for extreme civil unrest or the presence of an opposing invading party. I view the SAF imposing indirect or direct military control of normal civil functions under the suspension of a more legitimate local government (aside from the Ministry for State Security).

    Personnel Dossier

    Privalov Alexei Nikitovich
    Personal Data

Place of Birth: Rossosh', Union of Soviet Socialist Republics
    Nationality: Russian
    Date of Birth: 2/20/1974
    Height: 5'10"
    Build: Average
    Weight: 155 lbs
    Eyes: Brown
    Hair: Light Brown

Background Summary: Alexei is a young male born in small-town Rossosh’, a town within the region dominated by large grain production. Alexei comments on his childhood being “calm and peaceful”, however, whenever prompted to recall upon his more recent memories, his reaction shows slight disdain and hatred towards the subject. Often not wanting to give a direct answer regarding both the location of his family or the status of his residency. Upon investigation, it was determined that Alexei had been displaced due to the rise in tensions with foreign powers, which had prompted his family to move to urban centers in search of profit to sustain their lifestyle. The present location of any family members is currently unknown, even to Alexei.

Whenever prompted about his opinion on foreign subjects/powers, Alexei has been noted as having a prepositioned disdain for any foreign power. Concluding the fact that Alexei blames foreign nations for having separated his family and believes that the Soviet Union is free of blame and had given his family an opportunity to live happily until the interference of foreign powers.

Nikitovich was officially conscripted into the Soviet Armed Forces on March 15, 1992. A date following a month after his 18th birthday and the completion of high school. Nikitovich, unlike many others, did not evade his call to service and promptly arrived at the garrison where he would receive his equipment and training.

On the completion of his training, Nikitovich was placed onboard a transport convoy to the garrison of the 803rd Motorized Rifle Regiment as a permanent placement within the Soviet Armed Forces. Alexei's current military occupation within the 803rd Motorized Rifle Regiment is as a rifleman with the starting rank of soldier.

I've made a decision regarding my application and I'd like for the post to be removed. I've decided that the Soviet Armed Forces are no longer the route that I'm wishing to take and I'd like to open up my options for another faction.
