Strangest bug

So umm, i've never had a bug like this before. And it's only on our server. So all the colours are inverted along with the fact that there is no sounds exept footsteps. I reinstalled all my addons and the game itself with no success?

Help?

EDIT: The inverted colours are gone, but the audio bug remains.
