[Suggestion] Add a servers tab to the forums

People on here should start using the search feature more. It's worked on but it's low on my priority list due to other things outside of Nebulous. I can however reveal that it will likely just be a list of servers with how many players are on as well as a join link - no players list etc. like it used to have.

The Server Ips are available on the forums anyway.

It's not a lot of effort to simply go on the thread, copy/paste it etc
