Now that this is standard issue for Phase 1s, gonna nudge this up there alongside the tweaks for the carbine in terms of priority. @Pyromancer

don't have access to the server and haven't had anything to do with the server whatsoever for months bud sorry

i mean the carbine can have it's stats adjusted pretty easily and the smg can just have the custom muzzleflash removed if it's that distracting, whoever's currently doing dev work can do both in like minutes if they're keen enough
