Agreed, but I can get the response - a bluesuit walks into a clearly marked 'do not go in here ICly' area. It's standard to shoot them because they'll try to meta and claim it later. It's not ideal, but yeah.

Back in the old days of Lemonpunch I played with MGHAnimation and spoke to him a lot on TS. He was an ok guy but he wasn't very good at roleplay and he prefers to play on servers with strict High Command elements/DarkRP elements.
He quickly left Lemonpunch because he didn't like how the gamemode was ran, for example, CPs not having ranks/super powers.

MGHA: I come back and im in that same area but the way i came in was prop blocked so I had no choice but to go through the door to try and find someone.
MGHA: Shortly 3 people arrived with guns and instantly shot me and called me a metagaming minge

Yeah, he speaks as an old HL2RP player. He's right in how HL2RP has gone down over the years in terms of how people play it. But unfortunately he's also right in that as Administration it's almost impossible to solve it, you can't change human behaviour so drastically to change it. But it didn't help he didn't understand the metagaming rule, heading into a secret base without knowing it's there and such. However, @Peter Green I would like to know why you responded with 'Yep'.

Right, so the reason for my Yep response was because I simply don't feel like dealing with a player who just pm's "Hey, your server is shit." I don't think that he's gonna provide us with any constructive feedback on how we could improve and become better as a community.
If he would pm me with "Hey, could I maybe talk to you about something regarding the server?" Yeah sure I would totally accept him on steam and talk to him regarding the server because I want us to improve and be the HL2RP server which people are actually willing to play on. Whether they suggest the stupidest ideas or not, I'll still listen to the player as long as he acts nice and doesn't start the conversation with "Your server is shit."
He just simply had a negative attitude so therefore I didn't feel like talking to him. Today I've seen two people come up to me while i was building in observer and they said "Man I love the admins here and how they never respond to !help's". I thought that he was a part of that "Group", however that barely had any impact on my response to him.

Okay, I'd like to let the entire staff team know that regardless of the attitude of a player, your attitude must be the same to everyone. You have to respond to them at least once with a respectable answer. If he says the server is shit, ask why. It doesn't matter if that may not have an impact on him or not, it's more for the fact answering 'Yep' gives the staff team a shitty view. If someone is spamming you, then you have that kick ability. Literally it's your job to respond to people well, and responding 'Yep' is the one of the worse things to do.
EDIT: I want to get across that this has nothing to do with the fact this guy has a youtube channel, it's the fact that it's the first time I've seen a member of staff reply poorly when the response should have been far more professional.
