The hell is this?

Right, so i download the addons i need for Generations and launch Gmod, It shows the addons downloading but when i check my console this is all i see:

Addons have changes - remounting
Transferred 0 B (0) in 10 seconds
Transferred 0 B (0) in 10 seconds
Transferred 0 B (0) in 10 seconds
Transferred 0 B (0) in 10 seconds
Transferred 0 B (0) in 10 seconds
Transferred 0 B (0) in 10 seconds
Cancelling workshop download.. too slow.. maybe stuck? Try again later.
END: DownloadAddons

This then repeats itself 20 times - one for each addon i guess - and then ends. I have no idea what is going on and restarting Gmod doesnt solve it.

My first thought would be a firewall is blocking the Steam CDN servers. Are you on an apartment/condominium block wifi or at work/school?

Nevermind, i fixed it now. I think it was a recent gmod workshop update which caused it to loop endlessly, blocking any other downloads. Thanks for the help anyway.

Yeah, that actually sounds like what my steam does if anything workshop tries to download while I'm at work
