Suggestion turning signals in cars

not super important priority thing.

i just think it'd be a neat little thing, maybe a little niche, to use my turning signals and caution blinkies, especially when i'm on my delivery runs.

Was gonna suggest this but, check the fivem settings I think there's a button for it already that needs binding for left and right, if I'm wrong which I likely am, then I support this

I had these bound when I was in NP and when I went to go check my settings in Neb the options to bind weren’t there. :(

I think vehicle directional might be a server specific thing.
