qanon is literally just jim watkins (owner of 8chan) fooling insane and retarded boomers so that 8chan gets more popular
apparently the real qanon used to be an actual anon who posted on 8chan or something like that and stopped posting years ago

If your ideological standing is "I believe in X just because I want to own Y retards and see them whine and moan", you need to re-evaluate your personal beliefs. Minus points if you try to retort with "I-I'm just kidding haha!"

For some reason folk seem to think a Biden presidency will save democracy or something, but then he goes ahead and tramples on the one amendment that would allow for people to defend themselves from an authoritarian regime. I'm sure that the further restriction of firearms won't only exacerbate the problems faced by those affected by crime, injustices and civil rights violations.

Not sure how exactly he plans to enforce such a thing either, especially in the same year as one of the largest 2A demonstrations, in a year where firearms purchases have spiked to at least 1.9 million.

    he is though

any firearm other eight rounds in a magazine will be registered under the national firearms act, thus requiring a 200 dollar tax stamp (akin to pre-86 automatics and suppressors currently), dealers will be liable to criminal action with firearms (meaning some retard could gain ahold of say, a ruger, scratch off the serial number and then shoot someone, which would cause ruger to be held liable despite having zero means to prevent that, since that's the FBI's job), expansion of red flag laws (which no, don't require any evidence, it'd be the red scare but replace reds with possible murder-hobo psychopaths)

plus the whole point of the amendment is to prevent the government from having such a power, hence the whole 'shall not be infringed' thing

Which is a massive problem considering there are widespread ammo shortages already. Buying ammunition online simply makes practical sense, and if you make it completely illegal you're effectively shutting down COUNTLESS businesses and easily losing tens of thousands of people their jobs. There are thousands of websites and companies that sell completely safe gun parts like sights, grips, etc. that are going to be shut out of business because almost all of their traffic is online

Plus, his revamped "assault weapons ban" limiting magazine capacity (effectively turning the entire country into California) and ban on importing weapons is going to ruin the industry. This is just genuinely moronic and if all this gets passed there's actually going to be a civil war

I kinda wonder if trump wins, with the supreme court majority, would it be possible to overturn the two-term rule?

pretty sure that's not how it works

the two term limit is in the 22nd ammendment, which I'm pretty sure if it was to be changed, would need huge majorities in both the house and the senate.

that's also implying the Supreme Court doesn't declare it unconstitutional in the first place

Fair enough. I'm just thinking of worst-case scenarios. Like, evidently, even if he wins, he'll only have four more years and then that's the end of it - so I'm wondering if there was any way for them to worm around it

If you lived here you'd realize how stupid of an argument that is, lot of more rural areas in the nation where you'd need to travel out of state to find the nearest gun store that has precisely what you're looking for instead of just having it shipped to a dealer.

When you buy online, you aren't just purchasing a weapon to be shipped to your home (this is illegal). That particular weapon that you purchase is typically shipped to a licensed dealer in the area who runs a shop. After showing identification/filling out paperwork and such and proof of sale, you get the firearm.

So banning online selling of firearms/parts is completely superfluous.
