UIL Female Labcoat Issue

I'm not sure what's going on, I have all the content packs, everything is mounted, and it's only the female models of this specific pack and their skins which give me issues, other models from the same pack are perfectly fine. I'm not sure how to fix it as I've uninstalled the file, validated steam, reinstalled the file, and still nothing.

I resolved it by deleting my addons folder, and my materials folder, and letting them re-download. This can be locked or archived or whatever is done with Technical Support threads.
