Description: If you switch your engine off while accelerating (Press N while holding W), you will be unable to accelerate again until your speedometer reaches 0 mph/or decreases substantially in speed.
Steps to recreate:
1. Go drive like normal, accelerate to a desirable speed
2. Turn off the engine while accelerating (Press N while also holding W)
3. Watch as you are unable to accelerate again until the speed drops to near 0.
