Nope you can either import them or get them from the market.

Most stuff that is imported usually has to go through a software called Maya first because it will most likely not work for Unreal Engine.

afaik you can use blender too, which is like maya but free z

I only have Maya for free trial right now until I start my course which means I get the student thing. But yeah blender is still good.
