What I mean is their movement speed. I'm used to the other factions getting straight too it, rather then having to use drones instead of warriors.

Yeah, but they get teleportation as a bonus.

The only annoying thing about Necrons in Dawn of War was when they waited for the whole game and never attacked, then at the last second to teleport their whole damn army into your base using the monolith. Unbeatable, every damn game. Unless you had an army that could destroy buildings faster, but the monolith was way too OP to be taken down fast enough.

I do what's called 'Knocking on the door'. I get C'tan Gods, send in my commander, make the fake monolith then summon my entire army, and then when the army dies, I gtfo. Next time I come back, I do the same thing and revive the old army. Rinse and repeat until you overwhelm them by breaking the pop-cap.

Eldar are only OP if you rush. Otherwise they're not great.

Really? I found their aspects, fleet bullshit and super powered specialist units really tricky, luckily theyre nerfed in apocolypse
