Well this does kinda just show a steady decline, slightly but still a decline.

For HL2RP

It shows some stagnation before the last two weeks, then it shows a small boom in players and then a steady decline again.

It's not like it's actually dead though. At a certain point you just hit a plateau of what the population does to help a server, especially HL2RP.
