[WW3RP] Entire Sky is Missing Textures?

I have all the content installed, Ep1, Ep2, Hl2 and CS:S are all mounted, yet I'm seeing the entire sky as missing textures, as shown here:

Any ideas? I couldn't find any other threads about this topic so forgive me if this has been solved already.
