got new rappelling mechanics in.
Currently, I've only got the eye angle transition working, which was basically the hardest part, now I just need to do the movement.
It will work more or less how Rainbow Six Siege does.

I've even ripped sounds from siege to use when I get it done. You'll be able to transition from walking down the wall to climbing up it, like in siege.

I didn't know the Source Engine could handle such fuckery <3 You're the best, But I must ask... player orientation.. CAN it REALLY cope?

i don't understand what you're trying to ask.
i did it in the video, you can clearly see it's working.
