Where war has unsettled many a man, many a woman - displaced countless citizens, brought countries unfairly to ruin, in the wake of universal liberation, some are less dedicated to fighting as they are to rebuilding.

Thomas Brookes, and his sons and nephews have started their ranch back up in your local area.

They actively seek labourers for the tasks of;

- Ranching, herding and breaking xenian cattle.

- Farming, making something fucking grow.

- Building, to expand the family's land with more buildings.

Find them across the ruined city, in a hard to miss ranch house and under-construction sites, speak to Thomas for work, ranch and farm hands are given residence, food, drink and tools to work, and are expected to live on the land for the sake of maximizing quick labor.

The Family and soon to be settled town have no part in the war, and merely seek to pick up the pieces.

While I can understand your irritation given what you describe, I might suggest that you wind down just a little. I'm sure if you spoke to someone on the admin team (once you have a cooler head) they would be more than willing to hear you out. It probably isn't the same admin and they probably aren't aware of the affects to your idea. I wouldn't assume ill intent.

The Gonarch grapples the Gargantua before kicking it off the cliff sending it down to the ranch before.. thankfully missing the building before it began to now flee towards the Combine base.

I think this is more about the fact that the attacks in general keep happening repeatedly when they're trying to organize something.

day one the gonarch slammed a leg into da house, day two gonarch spawned a horde of npc zombiees infront of the crib, day three they started fires while fighting

As confrontation to the recent injustices the neutral working town/settlement operating as farm and ranch to produce for other refugee settlements - Thomas Brookes, Head of the Brookes Household, has rallied all local workers and his family to arms at their home.

They've enabled the defense of their land against all trespassers - threatening lethal force to those who don't leave their peace undisturbed and unharmed.

This is in response to deaths of the following;

- Johnathan O'Leary, Rancher (Shot and killed by a stray Rebel round.)

- Tomas Brix, Farm-Hand (Shot and killed by a stray Rebel round.)

- Morgan Saddler, Brookes' Nephew (Among the fatally shot during workers' protest.)

- Henry O'Shea, Ranch-Hand (Among the fatally shot during workers' protest.)

- Allistair Hemsworth, Farmer (Among the fatally shot during workers' protest.)

- Kevin Cardona, Moonshiner (Executed by rebels after the worker's march.)

The Brookes Family and Friends have no intention of seeking war or conflict - but if any further transgressions come to the honest workers, they will be forced to start fighting back with what they have.

And further, cut rebels off from any assistance they have given in feeding the soldiers and giving them drink, as well as permanently denying them right to the service of purchasing cattle, beer and other substance.

the brookes, starting as of tmrw really, are a no-go on anyone trying to come into the ranch for anything besides employment.

so yes, if a group of rebels try to approach as a army, or if youre on land as some random, you might get turned away! and/or shot at for not leaving!

dont wanna be a dickhead, but also, if your rp is poor/unserious, you may be kicked off the land, or if you just shouldnt be there

Brookes' Family Ranch is proud to announce having broken their first cowsquid!

Because of this, an open-house celebration is being hosted on the ranch, dedicated to the start of many future successes with the family and workers!

Saturday, 5PM EST to 10PM EST (start liable to change to 6PM), ALL are invited to celebrate with the family - be you Union, be you Rebel, be you any average man or woman across the wastes - come eat and drink and have your fill!

The only rules of this celebration are as follows:

- No carrying of firearms on the property and you must be wearing common-wear, uniforms and soldiering gear is prohibited, this is NOT A FUCKING GARRISOn - however, for combat, if two parties agree to mutual combat, they may ONLY brawl!

- No disturbing the xen and nests around the farm!

- No thievery, littering and other petty crimes, be cleanly even if partying!

Inability to follow this crime can have punishment anywhere from you being SHOT, or just escorted off the property!​
