The enamel does not weaken, but the nerves in your teeth may become sensitive, which is why we advise you use Sensodyne toothpaste in the tray, post-bleach.

Not really, as long as your dairy is balanced. I don't even like milk, so I eat a fuckton of cheese to compensate.
