Lemonland 2.0?

So Terrox and I was discussing the other day about the possibility of opening another citrus-based region in Nationstates, this time however it will be radically different: no more outlandish superweapons, no more out-powergaming each other, no more absurdist states. The main theme will be international diplomacy and politics, players won't be able to declare war to each other unless under specific conditions and a UN-like council composed of all the nations will meet on a regular basis to take decision about the world and such. Tagging the old guard but also open to new people, post here for questions and such.

How have you managed to spend all that time on it? Except for factbook entries (that you had very little of, expecially in the beginning), 99% of the time nothing happend and when it did it was just a couple of text messages, it's not that you made entire sourcefilmmaker videos for event nobody cared for, written whole scenarios or overly-complex backstories or make poses which require custom models which you needed to make that ultimately got all thrown in the trash. Nobody forces you to join anyway <( °-°)>
