Get the 'Gentleman of the row' mod.
Makes it playable.
Other than that, it's great, but use a controller.

IMO one of the best crime games out there.
SR3 is good for gameplay, VTOLs and shit are fun in that engine but hell, it didn't live up to SR2's story.
Starts off silly then gets really fucking dark really fast.
then it goes silly again.
