IMO one of the best crime games out there.
SR3 is good for gameplay, VTOLs and shit are fun in that engine but hell, it didn't live up to SR2's story.
Starts off silly then gets really fucking dark really fast.
then it goes silly again.
sr3 kills off a character to make it seem like it's gonna be a dark game, but it ends up just being "shaundi is being a bitch" speeches every few missions, and no attatchment to the new gat.

boss was still funny though
hell the british voiced boss is what got me through 3 and 4

although 4 isnt saints row its crackdown 2.5

I completely agree. SR2 has been one of the most fun FRSB games ever. The story and characters were great, it had enough content to keep it consistantly enjoyable, the character creation allowed for hilarious results, and the music selection was great.

The problem with the newer SR games are that they forgot that little part about moderation. SR3 was too silly and rediculous, and SR4 the devs. surely were on coke.

SR4 suffered from making everything too easy. The base game was SR2 with cheats on at all times.

Have you tried playing Fallout or Oblivion with injected stats/items? It gets boring fast.
