Step-One. Go to your room or somewhere where there is a computer.

Step-Two. Make the room as dark as possible, turn off the lights and cover the blinds (Or do this at night when darkness has fallen).

Step-Three. While sitting in the glow of your computer screen watch this video at full screen.



(NOTE: Do not look around, do not do anything else on the computer while doing so.)

Step-Four. When the video is over, shut down your computer and sit in the dark for about five minutes.
