Cannot make an account with current Steam account.

Hi, my name is Raccoon. I've been trying for the past week to donate to the server for the benefits and to support the server. It won't let me donate without an account, and the problem that I'm having is trying to create an account with my current Steam account that I actually play on. Whenever I try to create it, it says that I do not own Garry's Mod or my profile is private, but the thing is, I own Garry's Mod, (otherwise how would I be playing), and my profile has never once been set to private. (I've checked it multiple times as well.) I was wondering if anyone had a solution to this because I have no clue what to do and it's been pissing me off for the past week. Thank you.

Check Steam profile privacy, suddenly Valve added a few more options for the things you want to set as public or private, and some of them (such as games for third party webpages) is set to private.

Like I said, everythings public. I've checked already 4 times. I'm on teamspeak also if anyone wants to help me out.
