Why, why, why. I know this probably isn't going to be awful, but I've had it up to my ears with mediocre anime-to-film adaptations that add nothing positive to the universe and skew the quality of the original anime with something that's at best banal.

Whenever they make live adaptations of anime, they always do something that doesn't even relate to the original story/anime (most times). Their live-action of Death Note was honestly one of the worst things I've ever seen, they couldn't even portray Light Yagami correctly. That really ruined it for me.

I don't know what exactly they are going to do with Cowboy BeBop, but I feel like it'll just be a shitshow.
