Applications for both factions and authorisations is going to take a very much In Character form, not so much a focus on how much you can write about OOC experience, but how compelling you are as a writer and how good you are at crafting believable characters to our setting.

Where there is questions and the character answers them etc.

What's the release date for the server looking like, And will it open with the soviets capturing europe in a grande opening event pitting remaining NATO soldiers vs the ever advancing Soviet Union as the last bastions fall which will tell the tale of the NATO soldiers as they're left behind?

nato legit were the bad guys, they provoked every conflict with the soviets and then got pushed back each time losing more land than they started with

I never really read the lore for ww3rp, I've always primarily played HL2RP, Occasionally doing ww3rp.

What I meant by this would be like if you started a hl2rp server off with an event showcasing the Seven hour war and having the characters introduced in their regular lives before the events of the actualy city setting in 2017 and how it affects them, But for NATO in this example It would be essentially a mission showing them defending an evac as they prepare to pull out as the Soviets destroy their helicopters forcing those who couldnt get out to somehow either retreat or surrender or try and blend with the civillians or whatever.

nah but during 1983, Germany and the benelux (except luxembourg) already got taken over
1990, northern france, austria and northern italy got annex via a series of events in the server

I think the rest of france/southern italy is still NATO, or at least contested tho, as are the newly occupied territories if I remember correctly

mate, We can still do all of that but this way it would open with the chaos of the last NATO unit in germany falling and then the aftermath of the Soviets celebrating having offically pushed them out of Germany.

But that happened in 1983rp, two years ago IRL and nine years ago in our timeline. I know you may not be familiar with that mate, as you said you never played on WW3RP as much and that is cool, it'll be cleared up in our initial lore posts.

@Roosebud Please introduce armoured combat in this, Idk how or if it'll work but I'd fucking love to be apart of a tank crew.
