waiting for selection test results to come back rn so workouts are on my own time after work etc

Plank is my favourite, Im terrible with push ups though, I cant do even one
You are really out of shape if you can't even do one push up. I can only recommend you start a habit of working out as soon as possible.

Im a stick mate, its been like this ever since. I can do planks and situps incredibly well though
