Okay, I wasn't aware the 3 mentioned games were needed. Is there a way I can connect without buying those?

Alright, so I tried connecting to the server, it started downloading a ton of addons etc.. and when I was about to get in the server my game crashes. I've repeated the process 3 times, every time it is the same. I do not have any history with the server, and never tried connecting all together...
