I use paypal but i have to register a credit or debit card to my paypal account to purchase premium.

Well, i waned to buy premium today, problem is i need a credit or debit card to purchase premium. I don't own either of these. May it be possible to transfer the money manually? PS: I wasn't sure in which thread i should've posted this. But i hope this is the right one.
