@Fred WELSH. NOT LITHUANIAN. I just happened to make a Lithuanian char back in old WW3. I like to stick wit Welsh or Scottish characters, as I can do the speech very effectively in text form.

But...If we're going into specifics...I'm half Welsh, 1/4 swiss, 1/8 Scottish and 1/8th New Guinean.
