In neb under the concept 'vendor' we understand an (prop) entity which when accessed can provide buy or sell goods for an amount of tokens. The ones selling tangible items usually are locked behind factions, meaning you either wont find or access them without being apart of the faction.

These vendors primarily exist for factions such as cops (to re-supply on ammo, filters, batteries or suits) and maybe CWU who use the vendor to re-supply stores with scripts they buy from them. UM used to have a vendor however I believe that changed where to they now have a cabinet that's restocked every so often.

What you're probably asking for, insurgent style, is crafters. Nebulous doesnt utilize BMDs (Black Market Dealers) which give guns and the likes for tokens. Instead random item drops, events and obviously stealing guns from killing or mugging cops are how you access most things.

From there you can find what we term 'A Crafter' which are people with flags to craft certain items (not every crafter can craft the same things). They often utilize basic components such as metal, plastic or cloth for recipes. All I can say here is look for them IC by asking around, they can provide you with a price to craft an item and then you can work to source the items.
