To keep Jaf banned, even after being unbanned for a day or two, would be pointless, and an idiotic childish move that serves nothing but to create further hassle, work, and distress for both the Staff involved and Jaf himself. You're only prolonging the inevitable - and for what? To make him wait?

He acted out of anger, which is wrong, but his emotions got in the way. But you have people joining the server with the sole intent of causing trouble, yet they seem to manage to play the server for weeks/months on end before they're banned, with multiple warnings.

tl;dr - keeping jaf banned is dumb, and he's far more capable then most the people who play the server, and it serves literally nothing more then to stop him from acting malicious on the server - which he's done out of anger, not because he finds it fun.

Don’t really have an issue with explaining stuff but every time we explain something it seems to be pointless and then it does usually get reignited a day or so later which isn’t helping.
