all i want is a city set in Rio with favelas and tight alleys and all that shit

my biggest gripe with the server is the fact source sucks donkey dick and the maps aren't able to be fully realized with proper urban sprawl

police federale raiding the favelas, but a drug lord paid half the sweeping PT to shoot the other half in exchange for two tons of coke

like imagine city 8, current map, but 10 times bigger. Hell, even 5 times

you'd have an area like RB6 but it'd cover half of the current map size

that'd be the dream honestly, a massive sprawling favela filled with gods knows what, with only a small section of the total city really being 'safe' for loyalists and the like, surrounded by poverty and drug trafficking

anyone who could carry it out (myself or zig for example) won't: because there's little point wasting 8 months to complete such a project only to have it thrown by the wayside five months in

and even if it does get proper use everyone will grow tired of it in 2x the time and then it will never be used again
