could probably get a backstory authed of a huge, weird guy who's never been put into the citizen registry and lives in the outlands and outskirts of cities pretty easily

you're a pretty reputable guy and they're pretty lenient on backstory stuff

are u sure they wouldnt deny it because of "pre-made rebels" or something

it isn't on the banned suggestion list so i don't see why they'd do that

besides if it's an interesting concept that can bring some unique rp i think they'd let it slide
